Do you have a mirror?

A friend,

A partner,

A Brother,

A Sister,

Or Spouse,

When you talk to them, they are like a mirror in front of you.

They show you who truly you are!

They do not crop you, they do not enlarge you.

They do not judge or comment on how you appear every time.

They acknowledge you just the way you are.

You have no pressure putting make up.

They have no intention of pleasing or punishing you all the time.

If you have someone like them, then you are blessed.

Cherish the association.

Be grateful and say thank you.

They keep you grounded.

An accountability partner for you.

Like your parents who were there for you all the time.

Who always pushed you, tried elevating you.

Who will bet their money for your success and happiness even if they do not benefit anything out of that?

They will just conspire you to succeed, without any expectation of what so ever.

They would be happy at your success as if it was theirs.

They will push you, they will elevate you.

They will remind you all the time to realize your higher standards.

They may not show up at you all your family functions, but you know they are there.

You can call them at 3.00 AM.

If you have someone like them, you are blessed.

Be grateful and say thank you to them.

Pray that they are always around.

If you do not have a mirror or an accountability partner.

It’s time to find one.

I think it is time to rephrase the old saying “ Behind every successful man there is a woman “ to “behind every successful person there is someone who is a mirror and an accountability partner.”

And, above all, we all have to be our own mirror and accountability partner .
